Environments range from cafes, meeting rooms, workplace sites, to public speaking stages. It all depends on the topic and exercise being taught.

We utilize the Meta Quest 2 Headset and Controllers
Are there any age restrictions?
Our services are designed for those 13 years of age or older.
What are the total number of sessions?
Classes are scheduled appointment style via our booking tab on the website. Participants can take as many or little classes throughout the month as they desire.
How is progress measured and tracked?
Progress is measured from each session via feedback from instructors, self assessment tools, as well as performance tracking by the software.
